Instrument outfits available for rent (all outfits include case, bow, & rosin)

 

VIOLINS                                                                                   

Violin outfits are available for rent for $22/month for Cremona or Hoffman models OR $35/month for Eastman or Scott Cao models

 

VIOLAS

Viola outfits are available for rent for $30/month for Cremona or Hoffman models OR $40/month for Eastman or Scott Cao Models

 

CELLO

Cello outfits are available for rent for $42/month for Cremona or Hoffman models OR $60/month for Eastman or Scott Cao models
 

DEPOSIT

One-time (refundable) equal to 1 months’ rent
 

INSURANCE (optional)

Violins - $3/month

Violas - $5/month

Cellos - $8/month

 

Insurance covers: theft (with police report) or damage, broken bridges, bows, and replacement of broken strings with rental quality strings.  Insurance does not cover: theft from motor vehicle, heat damage while in a motor vehicle, lost or intentionally damaged instruments, damage incurred during shipping, or shipping costs.  We must perform or authorize all repairs.

Monthly Rental Fee – 3 months paid in advance, billed monthly thereafter.

 

Deposit – Refundable at time instrument is returned provided instrument is returned in same condition it was at time of rental. Partial refund may be made.

  

Due at time of rental – 3 months rental fees and deposit. Monthly rental fees will be billed automatically thereafter. 1^st 3 months rental will not be refunded if instrument is returned early.

 

Shipping. Centsible Sounds will pay shipping to the customer (if Applicable).  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Upgrades/Trade-in.   This is not "Rent to Own".  However if you would like to purchase an instrument, 100% of your first year’s monthly rental fees and 80% of subsequent year rental fees may be applied to your new purchase.  Rental fees applied to a new purchase may not exceed 80% of the purchase price of the new instrument.  Rental credit expires 30 days from expiration of your rental contract. Taxes and shipping charges do not apply.

 

Rental Trade-in - At any time, you may trade your rental in for another rental of comparable style and value with no increase in cost and without incurring an additional deposit. i.e. exchanging ¼ size for a ½ size.

During the length of the rental program, Centsible Sounds retains ownership of the instruments. Lost or stolen instruments will be the sole responsibility of the renter, unless the optional insurance is purchased.
