"Dear Centsible Sounds - I wanted to let you know that I am thoroughly pleased with your rock-bottom prices and your no-surprises service & products. I bought an Eastman VL200 violin recently with an upgraded bow and case. My son's orchestra teacher recommended this violin for my beginner son. She also recommended a local store with a good reputation and good prices. Their price was very reasonable, close to most of the internet stores.

Although their prices were reasonable, I couldn't help but wonder if maybe you folks at Centsible Sounds might be worth a try. Before upgrading the bow and the case, your price was significantly less than the other guys. After the upgrade, you were were still quite a bit cheaper.

Boy, am I ever glad I gave my business to you! You are honest and straight-shooting! You made me feel like I was special. You even spent your own nickel on a couple long distance phone calls to talk to me a couple of times to keep me current on the status of our transaction and my choices and options. That was a nice touch!
