Instrument Trial Program

 Our Safe, Easy and Risk Free Instrument Trial Program allows a buyer to try up to 2 guitars, 2 violins, 2 violas, or 1 cello, and 4 bows for a 7 day trial period.  We charge one low fee for packaging, handling, shipping, return inspections, etc. -  Bows - $25; Guitars - $40; Violins & Violas - $40; and Cellos - $80.

Payment / Capture:

For instruments under $1000, you are required to pay for the full value of the instrument(s) prior to shipment.  When the intruments are returned within the trial period Centsible Sounds will issue a refund (minus the applicable one time fee above).  For instruments over $1000, Centsible Sounds will "authorize" the funds on your credit card.  This means that the funds are "locked" (for a period not to exceed 12 days) until the instrument is returned or you decide to purchase. Upon return or purchase Centsible Sounds will then charge the applicable fee above or the full purchase amount to your card.

Returned Condition:

You are responsible for the condition of the instrument, bow and/or case while they are in your possession.  Instruments that you decide not to keep should be returned to Centsible Sounds in their original packaging in clean, new condition.  You will be responsible for the cost of any repairs that may be needed, as decided upon by Centisble Sounds, to restore a damaged instrument or case to like-new condition.  Should this be necessary the amount will be charged to your Credit Card.
